Shipping policy
At this moment we only deliver to The Netherlands.
NL orders are shipped on Tuesdays (Every odd week), with a deadline for orders on Sunday at 6. This means that if you place your order after the deadline, it will be pushed to the following week. We shipped through PostNL & DHL and it can take up to a week to arrive. (Shipping cost applies)
Bike delivery days are on Saturdays for pick up only at Bloemenmarkt Janskerhof, Utrecht location from 10:00 until 14:00 (Free delivery)
When your order has left the store, the following applies. If you have chosen a shipping method with tracking (Standard PostNL, or DHL), you will receive a tracking number via an automated email from us.
If you experience any challenges with your delivery or want to make any changes in your delivery options, that must be done via either Standard PostNL or DHL. When you reach out to them, please reference your tracking number. Please note that Ukiyo Koffie won't be able to do this for you.
Ukiyo Koffie doesn't take responsibility for the shipment, and we don't offer refunds due to the shipping company's mistakes. We also don't take responsibility for incorrect submitted shipping details from the buyer.
Standard PostNL Tracked: We ask you to use your tracking number in conversation with Post NL or your local Postal company. We don't offer additional support or a refund.
Standard PostNL Untracked: There is no support from us or the shipping company when you choose the untracked option.
Please note that we also don't take responsibility for any import fees or additional charges that might apply to the receiver.
PICK UP
Orders can be picked up at one of our locations in Utrecht. We will get in touch to confirm the earliest pick-up time.
Customs, Taxes & Duties
Note that the shipping rates we charge for orders only cover the shipping. We do not take responsibility for any import fees or additional charges that might apply on your package once it has been dispatched. The receiver is fully liable and should be aware of that possibility prior to placing an order, contact your local customs office to have more details.
If you refuse the delivery of your shipment because of the duties, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Delays
Ukiyo Koffie does not take responsibility for any delay that can occur once a package has been dispatched, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier for more information on the location of your package.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect submitted shipping details from the buyer that can lead to difficulties getting your shipment delivered. Your address must be submitted in roman letters, otherwise the shipper might not be able to read it and it can lead to delays.
We reserve the right to cancel any order without subject to notice on account of typos, technical errors, changes in VAT and taxes, sold out items or force majeure.
